When this farm starts delivering its cherries it marks a before and after during the harvest. Every year it takes our breath away as having the most uniform, ripe and detailed coffee picking that we know.
Because this farm is on the southern face of the Agua Volcano, it faces a micro climate that is far more extreme than all the other farms we work with in the region.
